Clove
What is Clove?
Clove is a dried flower bud from the Syzygium aromaticum tree, widely used as a spice due to its strong aroma and distinctive warm, slightly sweet flavour.
Indonesia is the world’s largest producer of cloves, and cloves from Sumatra Island are particularly valued for their high oil content, bold aroma, and consistent quality. Cloves are essential in various industries, from food and beverage to pharmaceuticals and tobacco.
