Our kind friend gave us her recipe to share because she believes that good and yummy recipe is worth to share to the world!

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES RECIPE
From this recipe you will get 50 small cookies
- 165 grams of all-purpose flour
- 45 grams of cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 60 grams of margarine
- 54 grams of unsalted butter
- 150 grams of Realsa Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of chocolate chips
- 50 grams of chopped dark chocolate
How to Make:
- In a medium bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Then strain the dry mixture so there is no lump. Set it aside.
- Mix margarine, unsalted butter, and Realsa Organic Coconut Sugar for about 2 minutes then add egg to the wet mixture. Mix it until evenly combined.
- Add dry mixture to wet mixture, make sure it well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate to the mixture, mix briefly to combine.
- Portion the dough as you wish. If you want small cookies, you can portion it about ½ of tablespoon. Make it into a ball then refrigerated.
- Preheat the oven to 175 oCelcius or 350 Fahrenheit.
- Bake the refrigerated dough in the oven for 10 minutes. And you will have beautiful small double choco chips cookies!
The recipe is simple and easy to follow for a beginner in baking! The recipe is so chocolatey and delicious. One of our team has recreated it and the taste is similar to brownies but tastier because of a small hint of light caramelly taste. If you do not like small bite of cookies, you can make it bigger by making the dough into bigger ball before putting it in the refrigerator. Plus, if you want to go vegan, you can replace unsalted butter with margarine only!
