Ingredients:

  • 3 overripe banana, mashed until smooth
  • 110 gr Realsa Natural Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 85 gr butter or margarin
  • half tea spoon of vanilla essence
  • 190 gr oat flour
  • 1 tea spoon of Double Acting Baking Powder
  • half of tea spoon of Baking Soda
  • 40 gr dark chocolate couverture or chocolate chips
  • toppings: semi-sweet chocolate chips and banana slice but you can use any topping based on your creativity

How to make:

  1. First step first, heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Mix egg, Realsa Natural Organic Coconut Sugar, and butter/margarin in a bowl by using whisk until smooth and bond together.
  3. Add mashed banana and vanilla essence to the mixture.
  4. Add dry ingredients, which are oat flour, double acting baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Put baking paper to your pan.
  6. Pour half of the mixture into your pan then sprinkle your chocolate to the mixture. Pour the rest of the mixture into it.
  7. Add toppings of your desire.
  8. Put it into oven for about 45 minutes.
